The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO (GDPR), TKG 2021 (Austrian Telecommunications Act)). In this privacy information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website. Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 165 para 3 TKG 2021 as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the DSGVO (GDPR).

This website is hosted by oja.at GmbH, Adi Dassler Gasse 6, 9073 Klagenfurt-Viktring, Austria. The provider processes the data on our behalf; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art 28 DSGVO (GDPR) is in place. The servers are located in Austria; no transfer to third countries takes place in this context.

Each time this website is accessed, the web server automatically stores information in what are known as server log files: your IP address, the date and time of access, the page accessed, the page visited previously, the browser used including its version, and the operating system. This information is technically necessary in order to deliver the page, to ensure its stability and to detect attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation (Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO (GDPR)). The information is not combined with other data, nor is the behaviour of individual persons analysed. The log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

If you contact us, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent. In the event that a contract is concluded (booking/purchase), we are obliged to store the data for the statutory retention periods. Once these periods have expired, the data is deleted.

The following data is stored by us:

• The data you provide (in the enquiry form or by email): it is required in order to process your enquiry or to carry out pre-contractual measures and – in the event of a booking – to perform the contract. Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of disclosure to our tax adviser/accountant in order to fulfil our obligations under tax law.
• future correspondence connected with the conclusion of contracts.

Our enquiry form does not send any data to our servers: when you submit it, only your own email program is opened with the details you have entered, and you send the enquiry yourself to biberkopf@ferienwohnungen-in-lech.at. No third-party services (e.g. Google ReCaptcha) and no cookies are used in the process. You are of course also welcome to contact us directly by email or by telephone.

This website does not itself set any tracking, analytics or marketing cookies and does not integrate any advertising or statistics services. The fonts used are delivered locally from our server; no connection to Google Fonts is established in the process.

We only store your decision about external content: the cookie “biberkopf_consent” remembers whether you have enabled the location map and/or the booking portal. It is only set with your consent, remains in place for 180 days and is not transferred to third parties. You can withdraw your choice at any time via “Change cookie settings” in the footer. In addition, your browser remembers in its local storage whether the opening animation has already been shown – this information does not leave your device.

When the location map is loaded, data is transferred to Google Ireland Limited and thus also to Google LLC in the USA. The basis for this is your consent (Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO (GDPR)); for the USA there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10.07.2023 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). When the booking portal is loaded, data is transferred to easybooking GmbH (Austria); their privacy policy applies.

For availability enquiries and online booking we integrate the booking portal easybooking (easybooking – tourismusmarketing GmbH, easy-booking.at). For data protection reasons it is only loaded after your consent, that is after you click on “Load booking portal”. Only then are the booking details you have entered as well as technical connection data (including your IP address) transferred to easybooking and processed there in order to handle your enquiry/booking; the privacy policy of easybooking applies.

The location map (Google Maps by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) is likewise only loaded after your consent, that is after you click on “Load map”. Only then is data (including your IP address) transferred to Google; the privacy policy of Google applies. As long as you do not consent, no transfer to easybooking or Google takes place.

So that you are as well informed as possible, our web pages contain links that refer to third-party sites. We have no influence whatsoever on the content and design of these pages of other providers. The information in this privacy policy therefore does not apply there.

The servers and our end devices are protected by up-to-date antivirus software.

In principle you have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data breaches data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
